六物

The six things personal to a monk-- saṅghāṭī, the patch robe; uttarā saṅghāṭī, the stole of seven pieces; antara-vaasaka, the skirt or inner garment of five pieces; the above are the [lang id =1028]三衣 three garments: paatra, begging bowl; ni.siidana, a stool: and a water-strainer: the six are also called the [lang id =1028]三衣六物.
